Numeracy and Pre-Mathematical Concepts: number recognition, counting, sorting, pattern-making, and how to make abstract ideas concrete for a three-year-old. Health, Hygiene and Nutrition: understanding the physical wellbeing needs of young children, including first aid awareness and safe classroom practices. Art, Craft and Creative Expression: activities that develop fine motor skills, self-expression, and creativity. Classroom Management: how to set up a child-friendly, safe, and stimulating learning environment where young children can learn independently. Lesson Planning and Assessment: designing age-appropriate activities, daily routines, and simple assessment methods to track each child’s progress. Parent-Teacher Communication: building trust with parents and keeping them informed about their child’s development.

Each module includes assessments through MCQs and practical assignments. Diploma candidates also complete a lesson plan creation project.
